**Department: Sales & Leasing** - Commercial Real Estate

**Working Days and Timings-** Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm)

As we expand our real estate portfolio and community, we’re looking for passionate and driven Real Estate Agents to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively generate and qualify leads for leasing or selling commercial spaces
- Conduct site visits, property tours, and explain project features to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and property investors
- Negotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company goals
- Work with marketing and design teams to showcase available properties
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor properties, and pricing
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Represent The Dhan Mill brand with professionalism, style, and integrity

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Deep knowledge of real estate laws, leasing contracts, and transaction processes

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferably commercial/luxury segment)
- Familiarity with the Delhi NCR commercial property landscape
- Previous experience with high-net-worth clients or premium brands is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
