Job Title: Ecommerce Executive Location:

- Gurugram
- Experience: 2-3 years (preferred) Job Summary
- : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage our operations across multiple marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.
- Ans also good knowledge of quick commerce Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggi Instamart and Big basket.
- Manage day-to-day operations across ecommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, images, and keywords.
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. And managing LDR and ODR rate.
- Monitor and update inventory across platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment and returns handling.
- Analyze marketplace data (sales, returns, ratings, etc.) to improve listings and increase sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with team and follow the instruction.
- Resolve issues related to orders, listings, returns, and penalties in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep up to date with marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activity. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience managing marketplace portals E-commerce and Quick Commerce both like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Pepperfry, Nykaa, Ajio, Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket and etc. - Strong knowledge of product listing, cataloging, and order management systems. - Proficiency in Excel and ecommerce dashboards. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Preferred Skills:

- Good knowledge of english
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings and basic advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketplace reports and analytics tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,026.05 per month
