**Job Overview**:This role primarily involves in-store photography, requiring the photographer to travel to various locations for photoshoots. Travel costs will be as a 500 allowance per day on the days of field visit.

**Store Details**:

- Stores include supermarkets, grocery, stationery, home & kitchen, sports, apparels, makeup, electrical and electronics stores, kids store, etc. with partnerships arranged in advance by the Pincode sales team.
- Each store will feature between 5-1000 products that will require photoshoot and cataloging.

**Work Requirements**:

- Ideally, this role is office-based, requiring attendance 5 days a week. 4 days in-office/field for photoshoot and 1-day in office for editing.
- Editing work can also be done at home as needed.
- Daily visit to the stores for photoshoot will be necessary upon store alignment.
- Should be able to record the details of the products as per shared format.
- Expected to work as a team of 2 with an output of Minimum 100 items to be shot daily with 3-4 angles per product, depending on the product. If working alone, 40-50 is the expected items to be shot daily. Thus, weekly 400-500 items are to be catalogued with images edited and ready for going live.

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**:

- **Equipment**: Must have personal equipment, including a camera, lighting gear, and any necessary licenses for photo editing.
- **E-commerce Photography**: Experience in e-commerce photography is essential. While most products will require a plain white background, some items may need light styling (e.g., cut fruits, unboxing, open rice).
- **Cataloging Knowledge**: Understanding basic cataloging processes is essential, as the photographer will be responsible for capturing and documenting product barcodes and other details in an Excel sheet. Should be able to think consumer backward so that recorded details are ready for consumption.
- **Product Preparation**: Ability to prepare products and adjust lighting to optimize the visual appeal.
- **Industry Awareness**: Knowledge of fashion and design trends applicable to various products.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Must work well in a collaborative team environment.
- **Editing Expertise**: Strong proficiency in photo editing.

These expectations should be clearly communicated during the onboarding process.
