**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Photography of Advertising Installations**:

- Capture high-resolution images of billboards, hoardings, and other outdoor advertising installations.
- Ensure photographs accurately represent the installations and their surroundings, showcasing their visibility and impact.

**2. Editing and Post-Production**:

- Edit and retouch photographs using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other editing tools to ensure high-quality images.
- Organize and maintain a digital archive of all photographs for easy access and retrieval.

**3. Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to understand photography needs and deliver images that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with installation and event teams to schedule and execute photo shoots efficiently.

**4. Site Visits and Inspections**:

- Conduct site visits to scout and assess potential locations for photography, considering factors such as lighting, angles, and environmental conditions.
- Ensure all photographic equipment is in good working order and transported safely to and from shoot locations.

**5. Creative Input**:

- Provide creative input on visual storytelling and how best to capture and present advertising installations and events.
- Stay updated on photography trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and creativity of work.

**6. Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all photography activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Follow safety protocols while working on-site, especially in high-traffic areas or elevated locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a professional photographer, preferably in advertising, event, or outdoor photography.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography skills, including outdoor and event photography.
- Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by project schedules.
- A degree or certification in photography or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
