**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and plan fashion photoshoots, including developing mood boards, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Conduct pre-production activities, including location scouting, talent casting, wardrobe selection, and prop sourcing, to ensure that all elements are in place for successful photoshoots.
- Direct and guide models during photoshoots, providing clear instructions and feedback to achieve desired poses, expressions, and aesthetics.
- Use lighting, composition, and other photographic techniques to capture high-quality images that showcase fashion garments, accessories, and beauty products in the best possible light.
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual impact and ensure that they meet the creative vision and quality standards of the project.
- Collaborate with stylists, hair and makeup artists, and other creative professionals to achieve cohesive looks and aesthetics for photoshoots.
- Manage photoshoot logistics, including scheduling, equipment setup, and on-set coordination, to ensure that shoots run smoothly and efficiently.
- Stay informed about fashion trends, industry developments, and emerging photographers, and incorporate relevant ideas and inspiration into creative projects.
- Organize and maintain a portfolio of work, including digital and physical copies of photographs, tear sheets, and other promotional materials.
- Participate in post-production activities, including image selection, curation, and preparation for publication or display in print and digital media.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing fashion editorial, commercial, or advertising work.
- Proficiency in digital photography techniques, equipment, and software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
- Strong understanding of lighting principles and techniques, with the ability to create dynamic and visually compelling images in various lighting conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative vision and artistic sensibility, with a passion for storytelling through imagery and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and aesthetics, with an understanding of how to translate fashion concepts into visual narratives.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
