**Job Title: Purchase and Logistics Executive**

**WE REQUIRE 1 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASE AND LOGISTICS NEED TO BE GOOD KNOWLEDGE. HINDHI LANGUAGE PREFERRED.**

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the entire procurement process, from identifying potential suppliers to ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Negotiate and secure favorable terms with suppliers, vendors, and contractors while maintaining good working relationships.

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure quality standards are met.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to avoid stock outs and excess inventory.

Evaluate and select transportation and logistics providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan logistics operations accordingly.

Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to purchasing and logistics activities.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement and logistics.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Proven work experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics management, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Sound knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize procurement and logistics processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach to work.
