This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers through various channels, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding service will be key to your success in this role.

**Duties**
- Have to work in the Australian time zone - Eastern standard Time - Sydney based from 9-5. Additional overtime will be cosidered for extra pay.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers providing details of the service
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service principles, including phone etiquette and client services.
- English language capabilities are a must for effective communication with the Australian customers.
- Previous call center experience is a plus, enhancing your understanding of customer support dynamics.
- CRM data entry skills are Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Typing proficiency to ensure efficient documentation of customer interactions.
