**4. Coordinate with Stakeholders**: Work with internal stakeholders, such as development teams, and external parties like lawyers and surveyors.
**5. Ensure Compliance**: Ensure land acquisition processes comply with laws and regulations.
**Requirements**:
**1. Knowledge of Real Estate (Residential)**: Understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
**2. Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
**3. Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and assess risks related to land acquisition.
**4. Communication Skills**: Effective communication with stakeholders.
**Experience**: 6+
