The ideal candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive approach to acquire prime land parcels for development, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and adhering to industry standards.Main Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of regional market trends and provide strategic recommendations to top managementBuilt and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including developers, investors, property consultants, lawyers, architects, government authorities, builders, agents, landlords, etc.Monitor business environment, identify investment opportunities, and provide functional guidance to ensure standardization of business development practices across the organization.Identify land banks, evaluate feasibility, and build a business case for acquisition or joint developmentLiaise with stakeholders to understand development potential and financial feasibility aspectsRequirements:Postgraduate or graduate degree with 25+ years of proven experience in business development and land acquisitionProven track record of acquiring large-scale projects across various asset classesPreferred Skills:Strong understanding of land acquisition processes and proceduresExcellent networking and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze market trends and investment opportunitiesCompensation Package:Competitive best-in-industry pay range offering attractive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
