Plumbing and Firefighting Draftsman

The company provides professional services in the field of Design, Co-ordination, Tender & Construction Package and is committed to addressing issues of Energy Conservation, Safe Design & Installation practices. Neoinfinit is currently involved in the Design and Execution of projects mainly dealing in Hospitality, Health Care, Huge Residential Colonies, Malls, Banks, Corporate Offices and Multi-Purpose Development.

**Role Description**

1. Plumbing and Firefighting Associate should get work from respective Engineer for daily basis in the form of hard copy or soft copy.

2. Understand the deadline and emergency of the work from Engineer in terms of complete the same.

3. Plumbing and Firefighting Drawings and other task like Drawing Register, drawing transmittal, schematic, of Plumbing and Firefighting Service should make on AutoCAD software every day as per requirement of that respective project on time.

4. Implement some innovative ideas in AutoCAD to improve the work efficiency of AutoCAD software.

5. Evaluates some automatic method in AutoCAD to improve the work efficiency.

6. MEP Associate should share the knowledge and guide to another MEP associate as well.

7. MEP associate should train the fresh associates in terms of Plumbing and Fire Fighting.

8. General External layout drainage level calculations can be the part of Plumbing and Firefighting associate team.

9. General External storm water level calculations can be the part of Plumbing and Firefighting associate team.

10. Plumbing drafting should contain Drainage system design, water supply design, Sewer treatment plant design, water treatment plant design, Rainwater, storm water, and solar water design. All these systems need to be incorporate while in the Layouts as per respective project requirement.

11. Firefighting Drafting should be carried in Layout/drawing of sprinkler system, water curtains, Gas suppression, and Fire Hydrant system. All technical details should be incorporated in the drawing at the time of drafting as per respective project requirement.

12. Organic waste converter, Sewer Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant should need to be incorporated for required projects in layouts. MOEF Drawing need to be prepared for respective project requirements.

13. Drafting work should be carried in to 4 major stages i.e., concept stage, design stage, detail design stage, Construction package.

14. Plumbing and firefighting associate needs to prepare the drawings for Environmental clearance in terms of MEP support.

15. Prepare and study architectural and structural drawings, beam, and column schedule of, and sections and elevations of project to map to equipment in drawing after that installation and operations confirm to standards and customer requirements. Interpreting design specifications and technical drawings.

16. Use computer-assisted engineering software (AutoCAD) to perform engineering tasks.

17. If needed communicate with clients for all data and information for design to get proper and to fulfil the client requirements.

18. If needed your ability to manage site visit for every project in terms of quality checking and procurement.

19. You should be able to carry out Mechanical engineering aspects yourself such as sizing pipes, pumps, and other Mechanical engineering to check with drawing for site inspection.

20. Plumbing and firefighting associate should be able to do the Site visit report in Well designed and company standard format and submit to the team leader.

21. Plumbing and firefighting associate needs to be providing quality drawing and with proper presentable drawings or Layouts. Incorporate all presentation points like text colour, text height, readable text, drawing name and number syncing with drawing register.

22. Plumbing and Firefighting Associate needs to be work on Project for shop drawing and submittal review.

23. If needed, On-site inspections of Plumbing and firefighting system installations, slab checking, prepare site visit documentation or site visit report to submit at engineer and team.

**Qualifications**

I.T.I. with Mechanical draftsman, Civil draftsman or any Graduate.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
