**Position Title: Firefight and Plumbing Draftsman**

Qualification: I.T.I. and Diploma with Mechanical and Civil Graduate

Duties and Responsibilities:

- The Employee responsibility includes drawing and preparation of HVAC, Plumbing.
- Drainage & Fire Fighting layout/Composite Shop Drawings including design calculation, piping design etc.,
- Employee responsibility also includes site survey. preparation of As Built Drawings, Quantity takes off etc.,

**Position Title: Mechanical/HVAC Draftsman**

Qualification: I.T.I. and Diploma with Mechanical

Duties and Responsibilities:

- The Employee responsibility includes design and AutoCAD drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation. duct sizing, duct layout. refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers/grill sizing etc. and plumbing, drainage, and firefighting layouts.

**Skills & Knowledge**

1. Accountable and Responsible

2. Presentation Skill

3. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office

4. Good Communication skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
