Electro-mechanical Draftsman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting & Design**:

- Prepare detailed MEP drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) for construction purposes using AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software.
- Develop system layouts, schematics, and coordination drawings for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Modify and update existing drawings as per site requirements and coordination feedback from the construction team.
- **Construction Coordination**:

- Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure MEP systems are integrated without conflicts.
- Assist with clash detection between MEP and other building systems.
- Ensure that MEP designs are compatible with construction methods, site conditions, and client specifications.
- Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, construction teams, and other trades to ensure seamless implementation of MEP systems.
- **Site Visits & Verification**:

- Conduct site visits for verification of field conditions and to support the installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Address site queries by providing technical drawings and modifications based on site observations.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience with MEP design, drafting, and coordination on live construction projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
