**The Role**

We are seeking a talented and versatile Content Strategist & Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media and content creation efforts. This role is ideal for a creative powerhouse who is passionate about storytelling, brand building, has a keen eye for design and a strategic mindset for social media marketing. You will be instrumental in enhancing our digital presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand growth through compelling content and strategic social media initiatives across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.

**Responsibilities**
- Craft and implement a cohesive social media strategy focused on enhancing brand visibility, engagement, web traffic and lead generation across platforms including Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Create compelling, high-quality content tailored to each social media platform, incorporating both graphic design and video editing skills to craft visually engaging posts and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with our brand’s voice and goals.
- Analyse social media performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in social media, design, and video editing technologies and practices.

**Qualifications**
- Solid experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn, and experience with social media analytics and marketing strategies tailored to these platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt content and tone for different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities.
- Experience with social media analytics and marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. managing projects from conception to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- **A background in architecture, demonstrated through education and/or professional experience, is highly preferable and considered a strong asset for this role.**
