Job Description: Telecalling Executive (Payment Recovery)

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Track and monitor outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
- Coordinate with customers' Stores/Accounts departments to address payment issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding payments and billing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer payments, invoices, and communications in our ERP system.
- Analyze payment data to identify trends and insights that can optimize the collection process.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve payment procedures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in payment follow-up, accounts receivable, or similar role.
- Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
- Proficiency in ledger reconciliation and scrutiny.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi for professional communication.

**Additional Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.
- Strong mathematical skills and adaptability to learn new processes and technologies.
- Positive team player with a customer-focused mindset and a strong work ethic.

**Position Details**
- Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
- Location: UBIXA Pvt. Ltd., 1st Floor, Saturna, Badnera Road, opp. Petrol Pump, Amravati, Maharashtra - 444607 (IN)
- Compensation: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month, plus performance bonuses
