Product VisionaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Visionary to lead the development of our centralized collections and debt management solution.The successful candidate will define, govern, and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our collections module, ensuring alignment with bank collection priorities, risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and organizational objectives.This role requires a strong understanding of soft & hard collection workflows, tele calling, field visits, stat card, restructuring processes, repossession, skip tracing and legal collections.The Product Visionary will be responsible for communicating the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach to stakeholders, ensuring accurate translation of collection strategies into product features.The ideal candidate will have experience in product ownership, collections systems, credit risk, debt management, or financial software platforms, as well as knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and Agile methodology.A strong stakeholder and conflict management skillset is also essential, along with excellent communication between technical and business units.Key Responsibilities:Define and govern the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our collections module.Communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach to stakeholders.Translate business, risk, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment across all parties.Monitor collections performance using analytics and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and industry benchmarks.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related fields.10+ years of experience in product ownership, collections systems, credit risk, debt management, or financial software platforms.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, decision engines, and integration patterns.Strong understanding of soft & hard collection workflows, tele calling, field visits, stat card, restructuring processes, repossession, skip tracing and legal collections.Prior exposure to enterprise banking products on Collections is mandatory.Benefits:Performance-Linked Bonus: Enjoy a bonus linked to your performance.Rewards Beyond the Job: Comprehensive benefits package including Remote Work Support, Health Insurance, Care Program, and Online Psychological Support.Birthday Leave: Take the day off on your birthday.Global Impact, Cutting-Edge Tech: Immerse yourself in global projects with top-tier clients and stay ahead with cutting-edge technologies.Unleash Your Potential: Develop yourself with VeriPark Academy opportunities; webinars, and in-house training sessions.
