**Summary of the Role**:
Lead and support various office, site and project related administration activities, documentation, and record keeping.
**Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:
- Local office administration at Pune, maintaining office administration, stationery, various local coordination activities related to admin, Vendor management, Housekeeping, security, building maintenance, look after food, courier services, logistic management etc.
- Effectively maintain Project documentation/Project invoices and related legal/statutory records throughout project life cycle.
- Receipt & Record keeping of all import related documentation & work in sync with relevant departments for the same.
- SAP related transactions for making Purchase requisition, GRN, invoice processing and record keeping.
- Support for Project team (Local & Global) for travel bookings as and when required, meeting arrangement.
- Prepare reports and data with statistical data as assigned.
- Support in scheduling in house and external employee and contractor engagement events
- Follow up visit to Government offices/authorities as per requirement for status update/documentation and other coordination.
- Provide administrative support at Project site.
- Support in labor laws compliance and auditing during project life cycle and afterwards also.
**Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements)**:
**Education / Certification**:
M.Com or BBA with 4-6 years of experience in Site administration, documentation, and SAP.
**Experience and Skills**:
- 4-6 years of Experience in Site administration, documentation and record keeping.
- Knowledge and working experience on SAP are added advantage.
- Overview of labor law and IR requirement of region.
- Knowledge of MS office.
- Good command on English verbal and written communication.
