**2. Purpose of the Job**
- To support Business development manager to coordinate with customers, sales team & project team.
- Maintain customer offers, vendor PO & quotation, customer invoices.
- Prepare internal cost workout to make offer to customer.
- Maintain man-hours of consulting, engineering & project team
- Send customer invoices along with necessary documents like reports, supporting bills in case of reimbursement etc.
- Monitor Consulting & Engineering project timelines & coordinate with consultant / engineer to ensure timely completion.

**3. Major Activities / Principal Accountabilities**
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the consultant, project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Monthly planning with consultant, project engineers, sales.
- Keep track of project deliverables & sales invoicing
- Co-ordinate with sales team, business development team, technical team to ensure smooth processing of pre-sales & post-sales execution.
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
