**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their training needs and business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships to ensure continuous client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor for entrepreneurs, helping them choose the most suitable programs.
- **Program Promotion and Enrollment**:

- Promote and explain the value of training programs to prospective participants.
- Drive enrollment by achieving or surpassing assigned conversion targets.
- Coordinate with clients for seamless onboarding and participation in training sessions.
- **Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Stay updated on the company’s offerings, training modules, and industry trends.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of entrepreneurship challenges and solutions offered by Samagra.
- **Follow-up and Support**:

- Maintain consistent communication with participants to ensure they derive value from the programs.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve them.
- **Collaboration**:

- Partner with the marketing team to identify potential leads and optimize communication strategies.
- Provide feedback to enhance program offerings and client experiences.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Language proficiency - Malayalam and Tamil
- 3+ years of experience in counseling, business consultation, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a consultative sales environment.
- Passion for entrepreneurship and empowering business owners to succeed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
