**Opportunity - the ‘what’**:
You will assist the Academic Sales Operations team with a wide range of operational and administrative tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with internal teams and external customers, societies, agents, and resellers.
- Sending invoices, distributing MARC records, and reporting sales.
- Processing billing for various journal and online product types.
- Troubleshooting issues and supporting system setup for new products, renewals, and pricing.
- Managing customer data and supporting quarterly system reviews.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency of sales operations, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of OUP’s academic publishing efforts.

- Familiarity with academic digital resources, online journals, or library services.
- Knowledge of IP address management and access methods.
- Experience with systems such as Advantage, Sigma, Salesforce, 8X8, and SAMS.
