**You’ll make an impact by**:
Checking the Overall cost position of the order and actual SMH booking
Checking & ensuring all costs are booked (material picking & SMH Confirmation)
Comparison of Actual cost vs planned material. For orders planned for dispatch
Identification of production orders which are released for dispatch & necessary OCC clearence
Review and corrective actions with Logistics/Stores for the Picking and any cost to be booked against the orders
Passing of Cost transfer Jve's for all the Diverted orders, Orders which are manually split, Debit to Segment orders, CVA Recovery of out & out dispatched order
Quaterly Review of OCC Exception & clearance
UBC Review & Necessary action aligning with segment and corrective actions.

**NCE**: Analysis of Allocated GLs (Monthly)
UBC related PAS entries (Creation/ addition/ Utilization/ Reversal/ Relase) for all Orders Dispatched & timely review
Working on the Cost of Sales Correction based on COPA review, P&L & OCC
Posting of U+2 Entries & Regularizaton of the same

Scrap Activities
Monitoring & Review of Scrap Policy
Half yearly new Scrap quotes settlement alignment with SPR.
Finalisation of the Scrap item categories and frequency of the scrap generation with Stores
Half yearly checklist preparation and submission in the tool.
Monitoring the scrap Debtors account, clearing and reconcilation of the same
Handling Audit's

**Insurance Claim**:
Coordination with different teams & people such Order manager, Production, Logistics, Marsh team, Transporter
Insurance claim notification to the insurance team. Update in the tool for registering the claim
Collation of data, reports and supporting documents for the claim to be processed and review with the insurance team.
Preparation of claim sheet with relevent backup such as PO's, LR, Claim statement
Co ordinate with the surveyors for the survey of the damaged goods & followup

Preparation of product margin file (Primary & secondary)
Monthly, Top 10 & Bottom 10 orders analysis
Ops to Ops margin working, Comparision of planned cost with actual
Revenue and Material cost calculation for operation based on Quaterly RFC
Review & closure of old purchase oder for 100% completed order, with discussion with logistics team
