**Social Media Lead**
**Location: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bangalore**
**Working Schedule: Mon - Sat (10 AM to 7 PM)**
**Budget : up to 7 LPA**
**Experience : Over all 4+ years into Social Media Marketing and 2+ years into Leadership.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and produce original, high-quality video content optimized for all social platforms.
- Stay updated on current social media and digital trends to create relevant and timely content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Engage with the Instagram &FB community, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Work with influencers and partners to create collaborative content for mutual promotion.
- Ensure brand consistency in all content produced and published.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas tailored to the interests of our target audience.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Ensure all content adheres to copyright and data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Proactively identify and act on emerging trends and industry developments.
- Participate in team brainstorms and contribute innovative ideas for content campaigns.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or related field.
- Proven experience creating engaging video content for Instagram Reels or similar platforms.
- Demonstrable portfolio of successful content with a significant following.
- Proficiency in video editing software and an eye for impactful visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of Social media content trends, features, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving trends and algorithms on social media platforms.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of copyright laws, music usage regulations, and best practices for content use.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret content performance data.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Passion for social media and a finger on the pulse of industry trends and cultural moments.
- Experience in influencer or partnership collaborations for content creation is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
