We adhere to all necessary protocols before launching our medicines i.e devising new formulations, Lab testing/ pre clinical, Testing on sample population, clinical trials & patents (wherever applicable)

**Job Summary**

The Medical Research Associate supports clinical trials and research studies by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of these projects. The role involves working closely with the clinical research team to ensure that studies are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and protocols, and that all data is accurately recorded and reported.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Secondary Market research**:

- To perform Secondary market research about anything related to drugs, diseases, epidemiology, competitors, chemical testing, Clinical trials, Exports related queries & regulatory protocols etc.

**R&D**:

- Study the ingredients from the standard textbooks of pharmacology for the new formulation development.
- Find the relevant articles or journals to check its claims. You are also responsible for making a detailed document of the ingredients with citing mode of action & dosages.
- Market research is mandatory to study about the competitors & ingredients used (Ayush or Nutraceutical products)
- Once the formulation is finalised within the team, then your assistance is required for making a sample batch of the medicines.

**Content Writing**:

- Assist in the creation of content for our website or app.
- Content can be related to Medicine, therapeutic area, FAQs, general content or may include references from the clinical guidelines.

**Clinical Trials & Lab testing**:

- To actively liaison with the CRO which are conducting clinical trials & compile the document & track the progress.
- Follow up meetings with the Clinical trials team periodically, about the clinical biomarkers of the patients.
- To QC the content of the clinical trials protocols, docs. & journal where these would be published eventually.
- Assistance in determining the nature of the test required for the medicine & to coordinate the execution of the same.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the internal & external stakeholders, doctors, clinical research team & industry experts etc.
- Act as a point of contact between the Ethniq or Contract Research Organization (CRO).

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Assist in the preparation of study reports, including final study reports, regulatory submissions, and publications.
- Document all study-related activities and maintain accurate records.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field (e.g., Medicine, pharmacology).
- B.Pharma / M.Pharma / Ayush Pharma
- A master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of industry experience in the relevant field.

**Skills**:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn & explore medicines/ drugs from other medicinal system i.e. Ayush
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
