**We’re Hiring | Assistant Professor - Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS)**

Saraswati Group of Colleges is seeking passionate and qualified individuals to join our **Allied Medical Sciences Department** as **Assistant Professors in Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS)**.

**Role Highlights**:

- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools in line with curriculum requirements.
- Guide students in research projects, seminars, and case studies.
- Ensure smooth conduct of practical classes and maintenance of laboratory standards.
- Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, and institutional initiatives.
- M.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology / MLS) from a recognized university (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching/research/clinical experience in the field of Medical Laboratory Sciences.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Passion for academic excellence and student engagement.
