We are hiring urgently for **Purchase Executive** full time position for **Walnut Medical, Mohali.**

**Qualifications & Experience**: Any Graduate/Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain / Electronics / Commerce with 2-4 years of experience in Purchase & Procurement preferably in electronics/electrical manufacturing.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage existing and new vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance on delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- **New Vendor Development**:

- Research and on board new vendors for electronic components.
- Ensure suppliers meet quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain updated vendor databases and documentation.
- **Procurement & Negotiation**:

- Handle procurement of electronic components, raw materials, and consumables.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost savings and quality procurement.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Identify cost-saving opportunities through efficient purchasing strategies.
- Perform regular cost analysis and market research.
- **MIS & Documentation**:

- Maintain purchase records, supplier information, and cost data.
- Prepare and present regular reports related to purchases, price trends, and supplier performance.
- Ensure timely reporting through MIS tools and Excel.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with production, planning, and inventory teams to forecast material requirements.
- Coordinate with the finance team for vendor payments and documentation.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of **Electronic Component Procurement**.
- Strong **analytical and logical thinking** abilities.
- Excellent **negotiation, interpersonal**, and **communication (oral & written)** skills.
- Proficient in **MS Office**, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors and priorities.
- Prior experience in **Electronics Manufacturing or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services)**.
- Must be comfortable working in **Mohali, Punjab**.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and strict timelines.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
