- Similar to an ‘in house’ consulting team, you will be developing strategy and thought leadership expertise for bespoke, high-value opportunities across all areas of the bank
- Work as part of a team that advises Group Executives and the Board in making informed decisions on the most pressing business challenges and opportunities facing Barclays. Selected projects include:

- Market assessments
- Improving operational efficiency across products and geographies
- New business development
- Conduct qualitative analyses

What we’re looking for?
- Post Graduate, ideally with an MBA Degree from top tier institutions
- Strategy divisions of Management Consulting Firm (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, KPMG)
- Relevant team (Group Strategy or Investment Banking) in a bulge bracket bank

Skills that will help you in the role
- Knowledge of capital markets products, fintech, retail banking, payments and wealth management
- Familiarity with emerging trends and disruptive business models in financial markets
- Working knowledge of regulatory trends in financial services
