**Job Title**:Telephonic Sales Person**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell our products or services
- Manage leads and follow up on potential customer inquiries
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitors
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in telephonic sales or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
