**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective members.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Membership Sales: Generate new membership sales through prospecting, lead generation, and conversion of leads into sales.

2. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall sales performance of the club.

3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting club services.

4. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to determine the best membership options for prospective members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospective members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospective members.

4. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.

**Nice to Have**

1. Fitness Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fitness industry, including fitness programs, services, and operations.

2. Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
