**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for review of project drawings and establish RFI-Request for information document.
- Responsible for Quantity take-offs for diverse types of elements as per the method of measurement modes specified.
- Identify the packages and delegate the work to QS and AQS to meet the deadline of the deliverables.
- Preparing Bill of Quantities throughout the design process including concept, schematic, detail, Tender and Issue for Construction Using various international formats (POMI, CESMM, NRM1/2/3, SMM7, etc.) for various types of facilities including commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, hospitality, office buildings and similar facilities, airport facilities, in addition to infrastructure projects.
- Measuring all items related to structure, architectural, facade and interior fit out works using CostX/AutoCAD drawings as well as BIM/Revit model Prepare, review, and generate tender documents including terms and conditions, scope of work, drawings and bill of quantities and specifications.
- Understanding of relevant rates, as well as rate benchmarking against other projects of a similar nature.
- Generate cost breakdown and establish unit rates for elements.
- Gather proposals, specifications and related documents and convert to cost estimates.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, project teams and other stake holders from various regions produce Bill of Quantities at stipulated time.
- Responsible for quality deliverables to the client.
- Support all activities in preparing comparison statement and assist in generation of technical and commercial evaluation report.
- Provide cost estimates during change process and advise of cost impact of changes.
- Collaboration with Team and effective communication skills.
- Attend project meetings and collaborate with team to meet target timelines for deliverables.
- Support and use experience to aid best practice in all process and procedures.
- Specialist cost management/quantity surveying consultancies with experience in the construction industry will be advantageous. Experience with cost consulting (pre-contracting required).
- Experience towards Middle east region projects will be advantageous.

**Qualification, Experience & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
- RICS Chartered membership will be advantageous.
- Proven 05+ Years of experience as Estimation/ Billing engineer for Senior QS Engineer.
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/CostX.
- Good working knowledge of extracting material take off from BIM/ Revit.
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building systems excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
