**Responsibilities**:

Design and create visually appealing logos, stationery, social media posts, blog posts, and newsletter banners.
Assist in the creation of motion graphics and animations using After Effects.
Edit videos using Premiere Pro, ensuring high-quality output.
Work closely with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
Present design concepts and ideas to the team.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in design and brand representation.
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

**Technical Skills Required**:
**Graphic Design**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing logos, stationery, social media posts, blog posts, and newsletter banners.

**Motion Graphics**: Basic skills in creating motion graphics and animations using After Effects.

**Video Editing**: Basic proficiency in video editing using Premiere Pro.

**Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

**Non-Technical Skills Required**:
**Communication**: Good communication skills to understand and interpret design briefs, and to effectively communicate ideas to the team.

**Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
