**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in graphic and motion design**
**- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)**
**- Strong understanding of design principles and the design process**
**- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail**
**- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines**
**- Strong communication and teamwork skills**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create engaging graphics and motion designs for various media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality visual content
- Follow design briefs and guidelines to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) to produce innovative designs
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Experience with 3D animation and design software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.)**
**- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles**
**- Familiarity with video editing and production processes**
