**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing animations, motion graphics, and videos for various projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments that align with project objectives.
- Utilize animation software and tools to design and animate graphics, typography, and visual effects.
- Incorporate audio elements, including sound effects and music, to enhance the overall impact of the motion graphics.
- Ensure consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all motion graphic projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in motion graphics and animation.
- Work closely with clients or project stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with other team members, including designers, illustrators, and video editors, to achieve project goals.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new ideas and concepts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, multimedia design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in motion graphic design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent visual and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
- Previous experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing previous motion graphic design work is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
