Greetings from Hashtechy....We are urgently looking for a talented **Graphic Designer (Immediate Joiners)** in our IT company at Ahmedabad Location.

Designation: Motion Graphic Designer (Immediate Joiners)
Experience: 1 to 2 years

**Responsibility**:

- Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for social media channels.
- Utilize video softwares, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects.
- Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics, editing Influencer videos.
- Assist in the creation of animation storyboards, selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project.
- Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision.
- Collaborating with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.

**Desired Attributes**:

- Have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
- Proven graphic designing experience with an experience of 1 to 2 years.
- A strong portfolio of social Media campaign design, creating illustrations & videos, social media posts, google ads, gif, images, etc.
- Working knowledge with designing software (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD and Premiere Pro (working with After Effects will be an added advantage))

Up-to-date with the latest Graphic trends and techniques
