- **Food Preparation**: Preparing and cooking Chinese dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- **Recipe Development**: Creating and testing new Chinese recipes to enhance the menu.
- **Kitchen Management**: Supervising kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring food safety and quality, including hygiene and presentation standards.
- **Inventory and Ordering**: Managing stock, ordering ingredients, and maintaining a well-stocked kitchen.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborating with other kitchen staff to achieve operational goals.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Contributing to a positive dining experience for customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Culinary Skills**: Proven experience in cooking a variety of Chinese dishes.
- **Knowledge of Chinese Cuisine**: Understanding of different regional cuisines, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
