Job Title: UK Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a UK-based recruiting environment.
- Strong proficiency in outbound calling and cold calling techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers and team members.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
