- Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred.
