**Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)**

**Location**: Bajaj Two Wheeler Showroom, Thiruvananthapuram

We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The PRO will be responsible for managing the dealership's public image, fostering positive relationships with customers and the community, and enhancing brand visibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic PR initiatives to enhance the dealership's reputation and brand image.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate press releases and media events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and community organizations.
- Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide regular reports to management.
- Serve as a liaison between the dealership and the community, addressing customer concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop integrated PR and marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PR, communications, or related roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PR tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of the local market and community in Thiruvananthapuram is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
