We are seeking a **Public Relations Officer** (PRO) to join our team at our **Vytilla Kochi office in Kerala**.

As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at Craft Hospital Kochi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our hospital's reputation and public image. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to promote our services, initiatives, and achievements to various stakeholders, including patients, employees, media, and the community. Your primary duties will include:

- Developing and executing public relations campaigns to raise awareness of our hospital's services, specialties, and events.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
- Crafting press releases, articles, newsletters, and other written materials to effectively communicate key messages.
- Organizing and coordinating public events, seminars, and health fairs to educate and engage the community.
- Monitoring media coverage and public sentiment to identify potential issues and develop proactive strategies for reputation management.
- Serving as a spokesperson for the hospital and liaising with media representatives during interviews and press conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in MS Office tools, public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, ethics, and best practices is preferred.
