**Job Purpose**

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for Capkon Developers. This role involves managing all communication and media relations activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and the community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Media & Public Relations**:

- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's image.
- Build strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Draft and distribute press releases, news articles, and media kits.
- **Corporate Communication**:

- Maintain consistent messaging across all platforms, including social media, website, and print materials.
- Handle internal communications to keep employees informed about company news and events.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and coordinate promotional events, property launches, press conferences, and community engagement activities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and public gatherings.
- **Brand Reputation**:

- Monitor media coverage and manage public perception of the brand.
- Address negative publicity proactively and ensure damage control measures.
- **Government & Regulatory Liaison**:

- Maintain relationships with local authorities, government departments, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Handle official documentation and approvals relevant to marketing and PR activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
