Job Description Summary:
The Associate Customer Care Representative is the first face to customers contacting Rocket with support, product, sales, services or general questions. Ability to listen to understand the needs of the customer so the call or issue can be routed to the appropriate team for resolution. Advocate for customers who provide feedback during our monthly Customer Outreach event. Start to learn to and then close the loop on this feedback by receiving, triaging, addressing and resolving feedback from customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Handle incoming cases
- Learn basic contact data validation and upkeep
- Focus on customer requests and interact with various departments to fulfill requests
- Cover for team-mates who are out sick or on vacation
- Additional duties as needed for the team
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of related customer support or customer engagement experience
- Associates degree preferred
- Knowledge of Rocket’s products and services
- Willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- On-call support will be needed depending on region and team schedule
Additional language skill is a plus
Knowledge of Sales Force a plus
