Exciting Sales Leadership Opportunity at Lifetrons
Are you passionate about revolutionizing health and wellness through technology? Lifetrons is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive the growth of our innovative product line, including our Smart Scale hardware, NutriSwift - our cutting-edge SaaS App for dietitians, and the 10xPro App for Direct Sellers. This is a unique opportunity to own and drive sales strategies for products that make a real difference in people's lives.
Your Role:
- **Ownership & Strategy**: Take full ownership of the sales lifecycle of our diverse product portfolio. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Team Leadership**: Build and lead a high-performing sales team. Inspire, mentor, and guide your team members to achieve individual and collective success.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and penetrate new markets while strengthening our presence in existing ones. Leverage your understanding of the Indian market to tailor approaches for maximum impact.
- **Partnership & Collaboration**: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, features, and benefits tailored to our target customers.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with dietitians, nutritionists, and direct sellers, understanding their needs and how our products can support their success.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies, track performance, and adapt tactics as needed to achieve goals.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in the health tech or related fields. Experience with startups is an added advantage.
- Is entrepreneurial, with a mindset to build, grow, and lead a team from the ground up.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, able to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to strategies.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Is highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Has a deep understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior.
