**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Organizing brand promotional events at high-traffic locations like societies, gyms, schools, corporate venues, and flea markets to engage with target audiences, boost brand visibility, and increase product trials.
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets within a designated territory.
- Developing strong relationships with retail partners and distributors, providing them with support, and addressing any concerns.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to monitor performance, evaluate sales strategies, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Responding to customer inquiries, processing feedback, and ensuring satisfaction to foster loyalty and repeat sales.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong presentation skills for showcasing products and proposals in a compelling manner.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and distributors to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Excel or other data-analysis tools to generate insights from sales data.
- Ability to analyze consumer behavior, identify opportunities for growth, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
