**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, issues, and requests and maintain a strict SLA for replies.
- Deep dive into actual issues/concerns raised by users and liaise with internal teams to find a resolution.
- Be able to work across multiple channels to communicate with customers and handle queries.
- Ensuring high standards of tone and language in all written and verbal communications to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as an ambassador for Zoop.One, using knowledge of the organization/our offerings to promote Zoop.One positively at any given opportunity.
- Resolve customer complaints in the most efficient and effective manner, referring to issues using correct escalation procedures.
- Respond to public reviews across various sites such as Playstore.

**Job Criteria**:

- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- Any fresher Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
- Basics of computer, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
- Knowledge of resolving queries by Remote support.
- Good listening & probing skills
- Problem-solving and analytical capability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
