We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking professional to join our remote team as an **International Calling (BD Manager)** This role involves handling outbound/inbound calls to international clients/customers for sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer support, depending on the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound/inbound international calls to customers/clients across various regions (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
- Generate leads, convert prospects, or provide excellent customer service.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (calls, conversions, etc.).
- Collaborate with team leads and report daily progress.
- Manage time effectively while working independently from home.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in international calling, telemarketing, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or US/UK accent preferred).
- Must have a laptop/desktop with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Headset with microphone and a quiet work environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software or dialing tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as per target region.
- Self-disciplined and reliable with a professional work ethic.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in BPO/Call Center environment.
- Familiarity with international sales or customer engagement strategies.

**Compensation**:

- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives/commissions.
