
Inside Sales Professional for International Calling

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce the company’s offerings.
- Respond to inquiries from potential customers across different regions.
- Understand client needs and pass qualified leads to the senior sales team.
- Schedule product demos or follow-up calls with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM software.
- Learn and use scripts and sales techniques provided during training.
- Build rapport and maintain a professional tone during customer interactions.
- Work closely with team leads and managers to achieve daily/weekly targets.
**Eligibility & Requirements**:
- Master's degree in Business.
- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work night shifts or flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn and grow.
