This R&D center will be an integral part of the global R&D, in design related activities and full product life cycle management. This R&D organization will have highly skilled associates in the field of engineering and science.

**Job Description**:
Position Summary - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Educational Background

Undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems, or data science

Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM Analytics.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead development teams to deliver CRMA projects from inception to roll-out.
- Review dashboard, data recipes, and data sets prepared by partner vendors and business citizen developers.
- Management of multiple project teams across multiple vendors.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure new projects are properly scoped, estimated, and scheduled to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review user requirements, draft functional requirements, conduct technical analysis, prepare technical design solutions.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve production issues.
- Write comprehensive design specifications (functional specifications and solution/technical design document),
- Manage and oversee test execution.
- Perform gap analysis between technical capabilities and business requirements.
- Lead the development of data migration activities.

Knowledge and SkillsKnowledge

Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery certification required.

Proven functional and technical professional with full lifecycle CRM Analytics implementation experience and at least 3 years of experience working with CRM Analytics

Experience with predictive analytics and incorporation of Einstein features into CRMA dashboards.

Knowledge of SAQL / SQL or JSON coding languages

- Proven ability to translate business process and requirements into functional specifications and technical solution design.
- Ability to influence others across various levels in the organization, work independently, and manage through ambiguity.

- Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to tell a story and communicate concepts through data, graphs, and charts.

Desired / Additional Skills & Knowledge (Not essential to the job but will be an advantage to possess)
- Experience working in a large matrixed and FDA regulated corporation.
- Experience with system integration.
- Knowledge of Mulesoft, Marketo, Conga CLM, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ.
- Experience working in the Healthcare or Life Science industry.
