Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics Developer
to drive business intelligence and data analysis initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business users and IT teams to design, implement, and maintain analytics solutions that provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business users to understand reporting needs and identify critical KPIs and success metrics.
  • Design dashboards and reports for leadership and business groups to ensure visibility into KPIs.
  • Translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications for dashboards, lenses, and reports.
  • Develop dataflows and data recipes in CRM Analytics to support business requirements.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for dashboard, report, and dataflow development and deployment.
  • Perform data analysis, produce prototypes, and generate ad-hoc reports using multiple data sources including ADL, EDW, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with IT, platform owners, and BI Analysts to provide inputs on project scope, timelines, and risks.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity; define and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct unit testing and QA of analytics solutions; troubleshoot and resolve issues cross-functionally.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for sustainable, data-driven analytics solutions.

Experience & Technical Requirements

  • 3+ years in CRM Analytics, with at least 1 successful TCRM solution implementation.
  • Expertise in building Salesforce dashboards and reporting solutions, including advanced SAQL, JSON, and UX design.
  • Experience with Einstein Discovery models, embedding into Sales Cloud page layouts.
  • Familiarity with Einstein AI components (Next Best Action, Prediction Builder, Insights) – preferred.
  • Experience with CRM Analytics standard/templated apps.
  • Proficient in data modeling, ETL, dataflows, and integration techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Certifications

  • CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Certified (Mandatory)
  • Salesforce Admin Certified (Preferred)
