- ey Responsibilities:

- Daily Tasks:

- Review and report on daily trend reports and alarms from BMS.
- Share consolidated summary reports with the Admin team.
- Prepare and share Daily Exception Reports.
- Verify equipment operating schedules and report necessary changes.
- Check and report deviations from set points and workspace policies.
- Ensure proper display and reporting of all BMS data points.
- Manage BMS inventory and complaints through AMS.
- FAS & PAS:

- Conduct daily health checks and record alarms.

Key Deliverables:

- ** Daily Reporting**: Consolidated daily exception reports.
- ** Weekly Reporting**: Equipment health check status and uptime reports.
- ** Monthly Reporting**: Fire safety health check and uptime reports.
- ** Quarterly Reporting**: BMS operation accuracy and point availability reports.
- ** OEM Deliverables**: Ensure timely complaint ticket resolution and PPM verification.
- Qualifications - Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical instrumentation Engineering essential- O&M and Contract Administration experience of 3 years
