**Job description for Acquisition Manager - Hotels & Resorts**
**Job Requirements**:
- Own vehicle 2/4 wheeler with a license is a must.
- Ready to travel near Pune or tourist places in Pune / In Maharashtra.
**Skills Required**:
Presentable, with Organizational ability and good convincing Skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
- Expert in MS Office (Word, excel, power point and google sheets.)
- Expert in team-making and target-oriented.
- Internet savvy, good in Social Media Marketing.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Clear understanding of the hospitality business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange visits to resorts, hotels, Villas, Farm house business and communicates with their owners.
- Provide best experience to the customers and good services.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
**Experience**:
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
