As a Trainer - Learning & Development at StayVista , you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for our on-ground staff, with a primary focus on housekeeping and service roles. Your role will ensure that team members are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to consistently deliver world-class guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of service and cleanliness across all our properties. Minimum 3–5 years of hospitality operations or training experience (hotels, resorts, homestays, or training institutes). Develop and deliver effective training modules for teams specializing in housekeeping, guest services, and villa management. Collaborate with Villa Managers and Stay Experience Managers to identify skills gaps and design tailored training interventions for specific property needs. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance evaluations, participant feedback, and direct observation. Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, guest service protocols, and villa management best practices. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus). Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
