ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production process in manufacturing or industrial settings. Here are some key responsibilities typically associated with the role:

- Team Management: Supervising and directing a team of workers, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training and support.
- Production Planning: Coordinating and scheduling production activities to ensure that products are manufactured on time and within budget.

Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing issues that arise during the production process, such as equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluating production processes and making recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments, such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 2 years of related industrial experience in a Manufacturing company.

Pay: ₹12,284.71 - ₹21,423.52 per month
